The Lord's Army

This is the song you make kids sing to get their wiggle energy out. They need to march around the building, not just the table. Usually, I make them go round and round until they sing it with enthusiasm.

Thanks to COVID, it's been five months since I've taught any kids in person. About three since I taught via Zoom. I did that for nine months until we went back to having services in person. The timing didn't work right to keep doing that. We're supposed to start back to class in four weeks. Admittedly, I'm a bit nervous about that because I've been so shut off from people lately.

The Lord’s Army

I may never march in the infantry,
Ride in the cavalry,
Shoot the artillery.
I may never fly o’er the enemy,
But I’m in the Lord’s Army!
Yes, sir!

I’m in the Lord’s Army!
Yes, sir!
I’m in the Lord’s Army!
Yes, sir!

I may never march in the infantry,
Ride in the cavalry,
Shoot the artillery.
I may never fly o’er the enemy,
But I’m in the Lord’s Army!
Yes, sir!
