Heigh-ho, heigh ho, to work in the studio I go

I had a last minute order come in last week, that I just finished off late last night. The woman who ordered it wanted it for the birth of a grand child that the doctor said would some earlier than originally expected, so she needed it fast.

This is the quote she wanted, and since the baby's room was hunting/deer themed, I went on the hunt for paper at the scrapbook store. Most of what they had was card stock, so I had to settle for pages that looked like deer hide.

It's the first time I can say with some certainty that the customer was disappointed with the end result. I even used a wallpaper smoother to get the wrinkles out, but that result in a smooth canvas. Sometimes the wrinkles happen in drying. They show up more in the photos than when you are looking at it in person.

I also finished off this one I've had papered for a while. If it doesn't sell, I can hang it going up to my office.
