Planning my next vacation

This is sure to attract attention. I'm sure given my previous vacation experience and planning debates that you are just waiting to hear what I have to say.

This time, I am leaving my parents at home. And this time I plan to use a passport for the first time!

It's not a done deal by any stretch, but I have a friend interested in going and might be able to get flight passes. I've actually wanted to go here for a while, but finally know someone who lives up there.
